Church’s on Clearance at Local Marshalls for $150

I went in to my local Marshall's today to buy a cheap belt, and on the way out found an end cap of Church's shoes on clearance for $150. Mostly in smaller sizes 5.5-9, but I was able to pick up a pair of nice black loafers for $150. No boxes, but all of the shoes appeared new and came with shoe bags. Styles were pretty classic, including loafers and brown/black oxfords, some with broguing. I know that Church's has been getting some hate in the shoe community over the last few years, but this is a good deal right?
