The by Parra warehouse sale is live. This streetwear brand is definitely an acquired taste but in spirit of the community, passing this sale along. A lot of people recognize them from the Olympic Nike collab a few years back. I own a few pieces. I would say the tees are TTS with minimal shrinkage so I would go off the size chart. I usually size up on tees knowing shrinkage happens, but I go TTS with Parra.
